Thought, mindful and open Conscious now we are, Of how things are connected. Breathe, no words need spoken and we will not be far, Call me misdirected. Somewhere a wave falls, On shores of white sand, Somewhere a star forms, And out of the dark, Comes light. Comes light Feel, arms fold around you Be now who you are, Not who you expected Seek, high, far above you, Minor thoughts we are, But dream and keep connected
3.
Don't lose hope, When the sun goes down, the stars come up Still we walk, upon this lighted earth. Is all that we are, just heat born from stars? Light, We burn light, And pass it in front of us, In a sequence of moments.... That we call life. Life, This fragile life, First ashes and then to dust, That scatters and breaks from us, Back into light. This world, spins on From falling sun to breaking dawn Still we fear, But we are not lost, we are here. Heat born from stars, Is not all we are
4.
“Step forward if you feel it”, A light ascending, A vision dissolving, In this stadium of lights, this cathedral of sound, you are offered your time in the sun Those around move forward as one, One huddled, cowering flock given false strength by numbers, They emerge blinking and reborn into the phosphorescent rays of an artificial dawn, This is where it begins... And as your leaden feet begin to rise, A single voice pierces the blank canvas of silence and whispers, “Run.... towards the warmth of the day, Towards the colouring skies and the songs of the birds, And you need never return here, for this is the moment you have broken free...”
5.
Is this reality?, Is this enlightenment?, Is this the future you see, as you bring down the Government? Is this the blinding?, is this the coming of all?, While billions of candles still burn in your halls. Is this your truth, Is this insight Is this the teaching. Is this your right? Is this your refuge?, Is this your shelter from war? Come and be safe with us here, while we kick in your door.
6.
Fare thee well my companion, You have taken all that you can, You have broken my dreams, torn my heart from it's seams, and now I must wish you well. And as I fall from this orbit, Deep does my conscience dwell, On our times in the sun, as they fade into burn and collapse into falling stars. And you can sing Hallelujah, You can say God will save our souls, sweet souls But in my heart of hearts, I don't believe you This is now, but is this real and is this love? Holding fast to this moment, Its the last chance you have to feel, Finding comfort in the dreams. of what one day might have been Be still and quiet your mind.
7.
Light...sound Dissolving...all around I can't remember you Though I try You're gone But you watch as I burn...Staring straight into the sun, I thought I heard you whispering, But it’s all in the winds And as I stumble and fall,Did you call? Or was it all in the winds? So here is what is and all we really have is us, From beneath the surrounding static and the blinding white noise can be heard the tiniest whisper of life, A solitary seed can break the earth and find itself in a field of companions turning towards the sun. Give hope to the hopeless and they will truly be born again, Give voice to the voiceless and soon a choir may be heard, Give love to the unloved and perhaps we can still save the child, It may not be too late, There may still be time…
8.
Come leave your towers and walk , For miles and hours, sit with me and talk. Feel the sun, burn through the haze Break the wires, communicate But the lost satellites, Still reach out for home, through the dark of night, So stand in a circle, hold the little ones close, Tonight we speak. "You cannot break us for the good will out and we are the good..." We all belong here, we've all felt pain Through darkened waters, bursts sunlight through the rain Sending out, all hope now as one. In time the answers, will return

Above this fractured earth, I see light, I see the universe. Through blinking, watered eyes we see, We only need each other you and me, You and me
